Sip Tequila is the largest online premium tequila marketplace in the U.S., carrying 2,000+ premium tequilas with a tasting room and bottle shop in Stuart, FL. We ship nationwide and are building one of the most recognizable DTC spirits brands in the country. Our team is small, moves fast, and cares deeply about craft and quality in everything we put out.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a contract graphic designer to be our primary creative resource across all marketing channels. You’ll own the visual execution of our email campaigns, paid media assets, social content, and web graphics. This includes designing and building emails directly in Klaviyo, not just creating mockups. This is a high-output, brand-critical role. You’ll work directly with our CEO and Head of Brand & Digital, operate within established brand guidelines, and turn around polished creative quickly and consistently.
Base commitment is 25–30 hours/week, with flexibility to scale during heavy campaign weeks (product launches, seasonal promotions, sales events). We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and become a long-term extension of our team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Design and build email campaigns directly in Klaviyo (daily sends), including promotional, editorial, and lifecycle emails. You own the full process from design to final build and QA inside the platform.
- Create paid media assets for Meta and Google (static and motion).
- Design social content: Instagram stories, in-feed posts, carousels, and Reels covers.
- Build web graphics, collection banners, landing page assets, and promotional site elements in Shopify.
- Execute seasonal campaign creative tied to product launches, sales, and membership promotions.
- Adapt and retouch brand photography into marketing-ready assets.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across every touchpoint.
- Collaborate with our content, social, and leadership team on creative direction via Slack and Notion.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 3+ years in a graphic design role, with strong DTC, e-commerce, or CPG brand experience.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience required: you must be comfortable designing, building, and QA’ing emails directly in the platform (not just handing off mockups).
- Comfortable building assets for Shopify (banners, collection graphics, promotional elements).
- Strong typography skills and an eye for editorial-quality, elevated layout.
- Can work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas.
- Comfortable with a mix of planned work and quick-turn requests. Most projects are scheduled in advance, but some assets will be needed same-day or next-day. You should be energized by that pace, not stressed by it.
- Responsive on Slack during overlap hours with our East Coast team (EST).
- Portfolio that demonstrates premium lifestyle or DTC brand work.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Motion design/animation experience (After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
- Basic video editing for social content.
- Experience with A/B testing creative for performance marketing.
- Print design experience (packaging, POS, event collateral).
- Familiarity with Notion for project management.

- Rate: $45–$55/hour depending on experience.
